William (“Bill”) A. Bond is a partner with McDonald Fleming, and has been with the firm since 2005. Bill is admitted to practice in Florida (since 2005) and Texas (since 1987). Bill has been engaged in the private practice of law and has served as in-house counsel at Mary Kay Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Bill's experience includes assisting individuals with their estate planning, business planning, and tax planning needs; representing clients in business transactions such as sales and purchases of businesses and financing transactions; commercial and probate litigation; and representing executors, administrators, guardians, trustees, and beneficiaries in trust and probate matters.

Sarah is a member of the Private Client Services Practice Group at Shutts & Bowen. Sarah advises clients with regard to wills, trusts, power of attorneys, health care directives, estate and gift tax planning, GST tax planning, planned giving, probate administration, trust administration, business and wealth transition planning. She represents individuals, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries.
Sarah earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from The University of Akron School of Law, where she held multiple leadership roles and was honored with several academic scholarships. She was a Regional Champion and National Runner-Up in the AAJ Student Trial Advocacy Competition and served on the Executive Board of the Akron Bar Association as an Ex-Officio Member. Sarah also holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University.
